Team keep it going make sure to sign up for upcoming races (sign up ASAP before the prices start rising on April 1st). Especially the Round-Up 5K. This is the race that started the Coach ACT Training Program.

Continue to take control of your fitness by eating healthy and exercising.
Here are some eating healthy tips:
- Budget: Reduce the times you eat out. Figure out how much you spend in a month eating out. Reduce that cost and use that money to buy fresh foods like fruits and vegetables from your local Farmers Market.
- Drink more water.
- Join a support group to help you count your calorie intake or website like weight watchers or sparkpeople.
- Keep a food journal or get an app for your phone (sparkpeople, loseit).
- Drink green tea
- Visit a nutritionist or dietician to develop an eating plan.
- Buy healthy cookbooks.
- Are you watching your food portions? Buy a portion plate.

The walk on Thursday afternoon was fun! As we walked closer to Towne Lake the hotter it was getting....and it is not even in the 90's! However we did it no excuses!~~ Cutie with the Booty
