Believe!

Sometimes you may need to dig deeper within to be able to achieve your fitness goals. Are you working out hard enough? Are you making healthy food choices? If not what is preventing you from doing so? Why did you start a fitness goal? Who are you doing it for? Yourself? Family? To walk or run an extra mile you have to believe in yourself. Your mind is powerful. Play mind tricks with your mind. I can do it. I am almost there. You have to believe in yourself in order to achieve all your fitness goals. Find out what motivates you or maybe dig deeper and resolve past issues. I suggest listening to this podcast and maybe even reading Unlimited by Jillian Michaels: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=418368811. Check out Jillian's journal questionnaire that can help solve issues that are stopping you from reaching all your fitness goals: (especially setting goals in pg 18 and 19) http://images.agoramedia.com/jillianmichaels/cms/unlimited/journal-all.pdf

Ask for help! Seek help! Let me know what I can do to help. We can develop a new goal, make a new plan, etc. Believe in yourself to achieve all your fitness goals!

Remember, when it comes to fitness. I want to see results…not excuses…it’s for your health!

P.S. After you working out if you look like the picture below...keep it up.
