Calories and Snacks!

Team- Did you know that yesterday you celebrated National Walk Day by Walking downtown to Town Lake?  http://www.startwalkingnow.org/about_start_walking_day.jsp Continue to walk and drink a lot of water.


Do you know how many calories you burned? If you walked for about an hour and 30 minutes. You burned about 440 calories. Those calories are equivalent to a cookie.  Paying more attention to the calories in foods is tough but think about it. To lose the calories consumed from one cookie you had to walk an hour and 30 minutes.
