Reflect on your fitness journey and start planning for 2013! Last year, I ran the Live Strong Austin Marathon, Conoco Phillips 10K, Capitol Statesmen 10K, Texas Round-Up 5K, Bun Run 10K, DK Bday 10K, Texas F1 Grand Prix 5K, Santa Hustle Galveston Half-Marathon and many Coach ACT 5K's. This was a busy year with balancing life, running, work, school and my recent move back to Houston. I am proud that I could continue my fitness journey. I am also happy that my family and friends support this journey. What did you do in 2012 to stay healthy? What do you plan to do for the new year?

- What's inspiring and motivating you?
- Why do you want to change your life?
- Do you have a short or long-term fitness goals? What are they? When do you want to achieve them? How will you achieve them? Who will help you achieve them?
