To help with this initiative and your current fitness goals and upcoming races (i.e. F1 Track 5K) join me and other members of the Coach ACT Walk/Run Training Program on Tuesday's and Thursday's@5pm at the Capitol North Steps. We will do walk, running, resistance and cardio drills. Are you up for the Challenge? See you at training. I will also be posting the workout calendar on the blog.
