Reflect on 2011!

Over the holiday you will be spending a lot of time with friends and family.  I would like for you to reflect on your 2011 health journey.  What worked? What didn’t? What could you change or do better?  I would like for you to reflect on these statistics with your friends and family.  Discuss why this happened and what we can do to change it so 2018 numbers improve.

Obesity Trends among U.S. Adults, 1988, 1998 and 2008 per Health the Basics Green Book:

Start thinking about new goals for 2012. Will you do your first 5K, 10K, half-marathon or marathon? Do you want to improve fitness test results, finish races faster, etc... Remember: Walk. Run. Motivate. Inspire. Stay Fit. over the holidays. Our next training will be on January 3, 2012. Be on the lookout for the new 2012 training calendar.

Remember I want results not excuses…it’s for your health.
