Go Coach ACT Team! You finished the mini-5K today. Look at the route and elevation: Mini-5k Map. I am proud of each and every one of you. You made the mini-5K look like a piece of cake. I was very impressed by your team work and dedication. You walked in the cold, on a few hills, kept a steady pace, went back to make sure your teammates finished or simply kept each other company to finish the training.
Now, I want you to reflect on your physical level back in May 2010. What got you started on your fitness journey? What has improved? How have you improved? Did you ever imagine yourself walking or running with such enthusiasm? Continue to think of what motivates you? What's your next goal? What will you do to keep up the great work? How will you prevent yourself from going back to your couch potato days?
Continue to work hard to reach all those fitness goals. Remember you are not alone with the support of the Team you can reach them all. Article: motivation and support.
