Fitness Test!


Team- You had great times during the Susan G. Komen race. Great job! You joined the race to make a difference and improve your health. Times ranged from 31 to 58 minutes. You did great considering the humidity and the hilly course. I am glad we practiced hills.
 
For the next week especially during the holidays: Continue to do resistance exercises, cardio, walk and/or run. Enjoy thanksgiving while continuing your health journey success! On November 29, we will have a fit test and do measurements. Remember measurement challenge ends December 15.

Our fit test won’t be as intense as the one Winnie had for her ROTC Army Physical Training test. She improved a lot for her test. We are proud of you!

Below you will find the requirements by gender and age. For instance in order for me to pass the Army PT test, I would have to do about 17-50 push-ups, 45-82 sit-ups and finish 2 miles between 15-20 minutes. Are you physically fit to pass the Army Physical Fitness Standards?
