Nutrition!

In order to be healthy you have to exercise and eat healthy. Are you eating healthy?

I would suggest changing your bad habits and eating balanced meals. If you can't do it alone ask a friend for help or find programs that can support you through your journey. I would also suggest speaking to a nutritionist or dietitian to seek advice. Here are some programs and links that can get you started.
