Wellness!

What is wellness? Wellness is a practice of making the right choices toward a more successful way of life. Wellness means being in good physical and mental health. Wellness can lead to a life free from diseases, injury or pain. In order to reach wellness one of the things we can do is take care of ourselves by exercising. Exercise = wellness! What’s your wellness goal? To walk more during the week...To fit in something you wore 10 years ago or look good for a special event. Look what exercising and eating right did for this person.
