No More Excuses!

Before 2007, I didn't exercise. I would make up so many excuses. I think those excuses caused me to lose control of my health. Are you making excuses?

Just moving a little will help you get more energy, fit in a dress you wore ten years ago, get rid of diabetes, reduce stress, do a 5K, feel better and many other positive things. Some people may say we are crazy for working out in the 100°F weather. But we are doing what it takes to take control of our health again. I am so proud of the Team for being so dedicated during trainings and your other fitness programs. Keep up the great work.
