Punch!

During our trainings we have been doing some punching drills. You all have done great with these drills. Punching really gets your heart rate up and builds upper body strength. It’s also a good stress reliever. Practice more punching combinations: See video found in Homework section. Just try them for about 20 minutes to get your heart rate up.
Remember to exercise more during the week to prepare for the November –Race for Cure 5K and to win the Measurement Challenge.
