Age!

Does age matter to be healthy? As we age, your body needs exercise to maintain muscle mass. It comes down to eating right, exercising and positive thoughts. Are you doing all three of these? These articles may help answer the question: JM-LINK and HN-LINK

Congrats to White Lightning! She won the Exercise Tracking Challenge. It was a very close race. Brown Thunder you gave her good competition.

Now we are focusing on the Measurement Challenge (total inches lost). It’s not too late to enter. To assist you can continue to track your exercise by adding your workout to the calendar on the blog site titled Exercise Tracker. To track your exercise on the calendar email the following in the subject line to acturcios@gmail.com: Initials/exercise/minutes at time on mm/dd/yy (ex: ACT run 30 min at 6pm on 06/17/11). Your exercise will automatically be added to the calendar within a day.
