Who knew a friendly competition could lead you to try new things to win the Measurement Challenge! You all have been doing great these past two weeks incorporating flat bands into the resistance training. These resistance exercises will improve your walking/running efficiency and performance. Feel free to purchase resistance bands to do additional workouts at home. Keep up the good work. Don't forget to check out the workout videos on the blog and check calendar for training dates.
