This past weekend the Team did a great job. Times ranged from 26 to 54 minutes! All your hard work and training paid off. We couldn’t have done it without our cheerleaders MJT and Charm. Thanks! Now it’s time to prepare for the upcoming Weight Watchers Walk-It challenge on May 22, 2011@8am@Mueller Lake Park. For more information and registration will be found on the blog.
I especially want to congratulate Road Runner. You are a true inspiration. You went through a great ordeal a couple of years ago with your health. Then you became a transplant survivor. Now you are doing resistance training, walk/run drills and walking/running 5K’s in 54 minutes. Your perseverance and determination is admirable. Keep up the great work in motivating the team.
