Slow and Steady!



After watching this video I remembered how my journey started back in 2007. Back then I started by walking around my neighborhood and now I run. Slow and steady! I don't want to go back to feeling tired or being a couch potato.

Are you putting everything and everybody before yourself or your health? Remember it is okay to take care of yourself first so that you can better take care of others. You are already taking the first step by being a part of the team.

I am proud of each one of you for being able to walk/run fast for 4 minutes. Yes, you did the Ladder 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 training in style. I challenge you to walk, run or do at least 30 to 45 minutes of activities each day with at least two days off from now until June. Log your time on the blog section titled Exercise Tracker. The person who exercises the most will get a grand prize in June. Good luck on the challenge!
