People would always tell me how yoga is a good workout. I would say that's not for me and that it's boring. I prefer kickboxing, running or zumba. But guess what these past few days I have gone to a few yoga classes and played the Jillian Michael's Yoga video. I enjoyed the classes and found them quite relaxing. Yoga also helps with flexibility. It never hurts to try... Try something new! For instance, you did Fartlek 5/4 training. You finished it. Continue to take yourself to the next level (with moderation). Namaste! Have you tried something new recently? Share through comments with the team.
