Lesson this week: Stretching + Drills = Endurance!

You all did great this week. Who knew 3 minutes took forever. Keep up the great work. Don't forget to do your homework. Ladder 3,3,2,2,1,1 will be tough next week. Can't wait!

P.S.
Lately the team has pondered on why we do the warm-up drills, training drills, abs and stretch.

We do:
Warm-up drills: to raise your heart rate to jump start metabolism.
Training drills: to build endurance and develop muscle memory.
Abs: to increase your core strength and correct postural imbalances.
Stretch: to protect muscles and prevent injury.

Remember your first day of training vs now?

So...I guess we did not do so well on Tuesday as our fearless leader coach ACT, also known as Diablo, has not commented.

Tay Tay you are right! Tuesday's group did great with the stretch drills and interval training. You all were over-achievers. You did more exercises than required especially the arm drills. It definitely showed yesterday.

So that squat video hurts! smh! But also I would like to say I love the math equation you used for the subject line :)

Last night was awesome. Painful but awesome. I am hopeful that we can do the same routine for a couple more weeks so we can gauge the extent our endurance builds.
