You all rock!

You did Fartlek 3/2 in style! It's incredible to see how your endurance and flexibility has improved. To build a stronger core: remember to do your homework (w/no weights). Keep up the great work. Hope your enjoying the blog! See some of you Tuesday and/or Thursday. We will continue to meet at our new spot the North Steps.
