During the drills this week we learned how positive reinforcement and motivation works. You can do it...hold it 10 more...almost there ...whats for dinner...just one more tree or holding a squat for 50 seconds...the list goes on. You can control pain or the burn with your mind to allow you to reach your health goals. My friend pinky told me today, "pain is weakness leaving the body". Keep this in mind because training will get harder with the blazing sun. You all not only motivate yourself but also your teammates. Continue to walk and run during the week and weekend to be ready for the 5k. Keep up the great work.
