Day 1 Training (167 days left till Marathon)

Yesterday, I started training again for my 2nd marathon. I will use my blog and Instagram as a diary of my journey. Wish me luck and let me know when you want to get together to work out. I will be training in the morning and some nights. 

Here is day one training. Feel free to use my training to help you in your journey.
Day 1 Training

2 miles running, 4 miles bike 
30 ab crunches
30 Elbow to knee crunch
Crunch leg 90 degree 1-10 hold     
30 wrist to ankle crunches
30 reach up crunches
30 helicopters
3 sets of 20 Low rows
12 push up, 25 body weight
30 low back extensions
15 squat and dumbbell presses w/10lb dumbbells
20 lunges with each leg w/10 lb dumbbells
