Keep track of your progress!

Team-
Great job in training today!  Were you able to do that many drills last year?  Keep up the great work.  Don’t let the weather slow you down.
Yesterday, I synced my Nike + watch with my pc.  The mileage read that I had run a total of 684 miles. Wow!  That‘s a lot of miles!  I have gone through a lot of running shoes too!  I love my watch because it keeps track of my distance, pace, time and calories burned.  I think that having a watch, Nike+ device, Ipod, GPS, Garmin watch, Polar heart monitor, pedometer or any tracking device is important.  Not only does it track your progress but it also keeps you motivated.  For instance in order for me to hit the next level or milestone for my Nike+ watch, I have to run another 171 miles.  During my marathon training, I use my Nike + to keep a consistent pace and track my distance. Who knew it would be so tough to keep a consistent pace with the high humidity. During small workouts it gives me an idea of how many calories I burned or the distance I ran.  Do you have a device that keeps track of your distance, time and progress?  If not I would suggest purchasing one to help keep you motivated.  Research the different types that I listed above or check out the different types of Nike+ watches and their functions.  Fine the one the fits your healthy lifestyle!
