I was tired of being unhealthy. I had been telling Coach ACT that I was going to come to one of her training classes for about 6 months to a year before I actually showed up to her class. Since then I only attended 2 maybe 3 classes of hers. Then, I had dance classes that started back up. So, I told her that I would not be able to attend normal training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I thought ok, I guess I won’t get any more training from Coach ACT. I was wrong. Next thing I know, I got a email from Coach saying, “I will walk with you over the weekend.” She wasn’t going to give up on me, so I thought I can’t give up on myself! Since November 2010, I went from attending 1 day dance classes for 1 hour to 3 days out the week for 1 ½ hours each class to Saturday dance classes for 3 hours and walking Sundays from 3 to 5 miles.
