Commit and nutrition!

Way to go! Hope you enjoy your Friday/Rest Day from training.  It’s already the second week of January and you have gone above and beyond to keep up with the trainings and calendar. Keep it up! Remember the next measurements will be in the summer.


Don’t let the excuses or life get in the way. Your mission for 2012 is to continue to succeed in your journey to a healthier you. Just think in two weeks you have been exercising:  during mornings, lunch time, after work and/or on the weekends. Many of you have also started using your gym memberships again, trying new exercise classes or using your old workout dvd’s. Make sure you do activities you enjoy and love: dance, kickboxing, cycling, yoga, running, swimming, etc. But remember with any health journey you need to eat healthy to see results. Join programs to keep track of your meals, buy a books to get healthy meal ideas or visit a nutritionist/dietician.  Don’t stop keep it going! Hey maybe this will be us at 90.
