Hills!

Team - You did great this week on your ab the hill drills. I know you love those hills! Hill training has its benefits. They make your legs stronger. It’s also a good high-calorie burner.

Remember to use the following tips on the hills:
1. Maintain your speed or slow down in the uphill to save energy.
2. Do not lean forward or hunch over while going uphill. Good posture is the key.
3. For down hills make sure to control your speed and lean forward slightly to prevent knee/leg injury.
