HOT!

It's been very hot outside. We naturally break a sweat during workouts. It's your body naturally cooling down.

Make sure to stay hydrated, eat balanced meals and snacks every 3-4 hours. This will help keep your energy at high levels. Skipping meals causes your metabolism to slow down and lower energy levels. You need a lot of energy for the drills we have been doing. Right?
