Adventure!

Can you have an adventure while exercising?  I consider running outside in different locations and seasons my exercise adventure.  You get to see the breathtaking scenery and nature.  You also get to see new restaurants, stores, people, parks and architecture.  On the Town Lake trail, you might run alongside the rowing team.  On the Mueller Lake trail, you might run away from the "nice" ducks.  Running in the rain, you feel like a kid again jumping in puddles.  What’s your exercise adventure?
Exercise but make it an adventure.  If you need help planning a route here are some free sites to find out your distance: googlemap, mapmywalk and Mapmyrun.
Exercise adventure examples:
·         My Tuesday Marathon training run:  Route: view/53081430
·         Watch this video.  It speaks to what I like to say, “Age doesn’t matter.”  Consistency is the key. Granny finishes 53rd marathon: cnn/us.
Continue to train to reach all your fitness goals!
